Salary
Halton Healthcare Services provides competitive compensation that matches union collective agreements for our comparative non-union employees.
Percentage in Lieu of Benefits
Regular part time employees are provided with a percentage in lieu of benefits that covers payment for statutory holidays and may be used to purchase private benefit coverage or to contribute toward the Hospital’s pension plan.
Premiums
Premiums are paid to workers who work shifts/weekends or are in-charge. Actual premiums are determined by the union group or the comparative collective agreement for non-union workers.
Referral Bonus
The Hospital pays employees for making successful employee referrals to positions that are identified under this program.
