If Halton Healthcare’s application for a CT Scanner at Georgetown Hospital is successful, residents of Halton Hills will no longer have to leave their community to receive this essential service.

OTMH Maternal Child Department Renovations
Work has now begun on the next stage of this construction project which will result in the renovation of the Special Care Nursery and the Breastfeeding Clinic and the creation of a new labour/birth/recovery/room. Find out more.

H1N1 Influenza (Flu)
Halton Healthcare Services is monitoring the situation around the increasing number of cases of H1N1 which has now been reported in Halton.

HHS is following the advice of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term care related to this issue and have heightened our surveillance at all of our Hospitals. We will continue to monitor this situation very carefully and will change our practice as required.

Please do not visit patients in our hospitals if you are feeling ill.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms including fever, cough or shortness of breath, contact your doctor or Telehealth Ontario.
