Quality is a word we take very seriously at Halton Healthcare Services. As our mission states, ‘we are committed to providing quality, compassionate care and services to meet the needs of our diverse population in an effective and timely manner.’ It is our priority to make sure you receive the highest quality of care possible when you visit any of our hospitals and we do this by making sure that we have the highest healthcare standards in place.
Patient safety is central to quality care. It guides our thinking/approach, and is associated with and linked to every healthcare priority and activity we undertake. Patient safety is all about our approach to quality healthcare and is always foremost on the minds of our healthcare providers in their daily practice.
As a progressive organization, we are constantly implementing new quality and safety initiatives to improve our patient’s hospital experience and are continually monitoring our healthcare services in order to provide our communities with access to safe, quality care in a patient and family focused environment.
